Mosaik Design and Remodeling recently completed a basement remodel in Portland’s SW Vista Hills neighborhood that assisted a family of four recover 1,700 unused square feet. Currently there’s a industrial living room that appeals to the family and has use.

The basement toilet is an exciting departure in style from the rest of the home. Barn wood walls and corrugated metal siding give a rustic feel that is fantastic to this space, website. The double sinks from Ikea mix nicely with vintage items that are corresponding, such as the blue soaking tub.
Girard Townhouse, Philadelphia
There’s no need to worry about splashing here, because this entire bathroom is a wet room. Having the controls at the opening of this shower of the shower keeps the homeowners from getting wet in the process and makes heating things up.
